■ Shipping leave period

August 11 (Fri/holiday) -August 16th (Wednesday)

* Even products ordered before August 10 (Thursday) may be shipped after August 17 (Thursday).
* Orders are accepted even during the leave period, but the products ordered during this period will be shipped sequentially from Thursday, August 17, so it will take more time than usual. Please note.

■ Customer support leave period

August 11 (Fri/holiday) -August 16th (Wednesday)

* We will respond to inquiries received during the leave period from Thursday, August 17th. We will strive for quick answers, but we may take more time than usual. Please note.
* Even if the inquiries received before the leave period, the answer may be on Thursday, August 17, depending on the content.
