Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Nagano Market official mail order ("this site").

[Conclusion of sales contract]

Placing orders on this site is a contract application for you. After completing an order, our system will send the order completion email, but it will inform you that we have finished your order procedure. We determine that it does not fall under the refusal or cancellation of the contract described later, and your application will be accepted when the product is shipped, and we shall conclude the contract. Even after we both form the contract, we may cancel the contract when we find the reason for the refusal or cancellation of the contract described later. In addition, even if you have completed the order procedure, the purchased product may be sold out after the payment is accepted. In this case, it is deemed that the purchase contract for the product has been canceled, and we will escape the duty of delivery of the product. [About refusal/cancellation of contract]

If you apply for any of the following reasons, we may refuse to sign the contract even after your order is complete or after we send an order completion email, and ship the product. The contract can be canceled even after both of us and you have signed.

1. If the credit card company has not been approved or settled as a result of judging, etc.
2. When a false fact is recognized in your personal information, etc.
3. If your ordered product is undecided for long-term arrival or completion of production
4. If you receive an order that exceeds the prescribed quantity for limited quantities

[About cancellation]

Cancellation of the product will be denied in principle after we send an email to complete the order. Even if the email doesn't reach you due to your Internet environment, it will be denied.

[Return/exchange]

We kindly refuse to accept returns and exchanges unless the products have initial failure.
We also refuse to accept replacement orders for promotional items (novelties), and the exterior cardboard due to defects or damages.
If you have any incomplete or defect after receiving products, please inform us from our inquiry form specifying the relevant product name and quantity [within seven days after the arrival of the product]. However, please note that we may respond by refund in case there are no available alternatives, or the exchange is inappropriate.

Cases that cannot be returned
(1) Initial failures reported after the term of response passed due to keeping for a long term
(2) Products returned without prior notice
(3) Products that have been scratched or damaged after the use
(4) Request to exchange from non-purchasers
(5) When purchased on non-regular routes such as auction sites
(6) When purchased at stores outside this site (including permanent stores, actual stores, and Internet stores, this is not limited)
(7) When it is due to manufacturing characteristics

[About resale/improper act]

Purchase and resale for commercial purposes are prohibited.
When you or a third person who obtains our product from you take actions that we judge commercial, illegal, or inappropriate (for example, repeated individual/group purchase of products with limited quantity, mass order/cancellation considered beyond personal use, repeated/continuous resale, and so on), we are allowed to rescind/cancel our contract, refuse your subsequent purchase, and take appropriate measures.

We can do so when we realize your refusal to receive products, suspicious actions such as absence/missing communication for the long term, and interference in our business.

In all of the cases above, we shall not be liable for any damages to you or a third party.

[Delivery]

We will ship your order with stock excluding some products within seven business days from the next day of your order.
And we will ship your order with pre-order products within seven business days from the release.
Delivery may be delayed or may not be on time as you requested due to weather, natural disasters, power outages, system failure, incidents/accidents, or any other reasons.
In these cases above, we shall not be liable for any damages caused to you or a third party unless it is intentional.

[About the delivery area of order]

Please select a country/region that is available on the checkout page. We may have no access to ship your order if you cannot select your country/region.

[Regarding membership registration]

(1) Registration
Customers who wish to sign up must agree to our terms of service and follow our designated processes.

(2) Notification of change
You agree to notify us in our designated way if there are any changes to your name, address, phone number, or any other information that is registered.

(3) Prohibition of transfer
We do not allow you to transfer or trade your rights owned by registration. We also do not allow you to lend/use them as collateral.

(4) You must notify us in our designated way to cancel the membership registration. The registered information belongs to each person exclusively. Therefore we will consider the notification received when we know the customer's death.

(5) Cancellation of rights caused by membership registration
If any of the following applies to you with membership registration, we can immediately abolish the rights without notifications in advance. We will not be liable for any damages caused to you or third parties when you lose access to our services due to the measure we proceed.

Your information submitted/declared is fake.
Your registered credit card is invalid because of cancellation by the providers, or any other reasons.
You have a debt that is past due or otherwise delinquent.
In case we have lost communication methods such as a phone call, fax, or email with you.
Any other cases when you breach this terms.
Any other cases that we find inappropriate.

In addition, please note that we will not be able to answer the act of judging that it is inappropriate and the reason.

(6) Management responsibility for membership ID and password
You must recognize the importance of your membership ID and password, therefore you are responsible for managing those. Please note that we do not allow you to transfer, buy, or sell the information to a third person, or change, lend, or use the ownership as collateral.

creating multiple accounts intentionally to have your purchase prioritized
obstructing our management/operation of this website, or acts considered having those possibilities

causing troubles, disadvantages, or damages to other customers, third parties, or us, or acts considered having those possibilities
violating copyrights, privacies, or other rights of other customers, third parties, or us, or acts considered having those possibilities
acts against public order and good morals, or violating other laws and regulations, or acts considered having those possibilities
