Regarding inquiries
- In principle, we will respond sequentially during five business days. We will sequentially check and respond to inquiries received on weekends and holidays, GW, year-end and New Year holidays, and our designated holidays from the next business day.
- We send the answers from our customers to the individual who contacted us. Please do not reprint or publish all or part of the answer to others, and to be reprinted or posted in places where unspecified majority, such as social media, can be viewed.
Initial defective replacement guidelines
If you have confirmed any problems with the product you have purchased, please let us know from the initial defective reception form within seven days after the product arrives.
Points we would like you to check before inquiring
- Please prepare an image that allows us to confirm the problem of the product.
- In the case you find marks on the product, please try whether you can wipe them off with a wet cloth squeezed tightly. It is out of our replacement regulations if you can remove them by wiping them with the cloth.
- If you can't remove the marks even if you wipe them, please let us know when you send an inquiry.
- If the parts of the product are deficient or damaged, only the relevant parts may be shipped.
Cases cannot be accepted or exchanged
- Return/exchange for your convenience
- If you contact us after passed more than seven days after the arrival of the product
- If you return the product without prior notice
- If you have scratches or damage after you use the product
- Request for return/exchange from non -purchasers
- When purchased on non-regular routes such as auction sites
- When purchased at stores other than our shop
- Manufacturing specifications and individual differences
- Uneven paint, fine scratches, scratches, sewing, etc.
- There is no problem with the product itself, but the outer package/box or our product tags have damages, scratches, or marks
- In addition, if there is no problem based on our provisions
Precautions regarding replacement
- If you send a product without any notice in advance, we cannot respond to replacement and refund requests.
- Please note that even if you make inquiries within seven days after purchasing or arrival, we may respond by refund in case there are not available alternative items such as sold-out products.
