In light of these revisions, please contact Yamato Transport directly regarding requests for changes (redirection) to the delivery destination after product shipment.
* Requests for redirection from our store to Yamato Transport cannot be processed.
* Even if the delivery status is "not shipped," changes cannot be made to orders that have already entered the shipping process at the time of your contact.
* Even if you change the delivery address information on the My Page, the order information before the change will not be updated.
* We cannot guarantee the shipping fee incurred due to redirection.
