- Addition of regulations regarding overseas services and international shipping services: We have clarified the conditions for using "Global-e" for overseas deliveries, as well as disclaimers and return policies for users utilizing international shipping services themselves.
- Enhancement of prohibited items: To ensure a fair shopping experience for all users, we have explicitly prohibited the use of automated purchasing tools, robots, unauthorized access, and intentional multiple account applications.
- Detailing of sales contracts and return/exchange rules: We have detailed the conditions for sales contract establishment at the time of order (when products are shipped), cancellation fees for undelivered items, and conditions for returns/exchanges in cases of initial defects (contract non-compliance).
- Others: We have organized and clarified various regulations, including disclaimers for damages and conditions for using the inquiry window (principally for the person concerned only).
【Main Changes to Privacy Policy】
- Clarification of acquired information and usage purposes: The items of personal information collected by our site (including identifiers) and their usage purposes have been specified in more detail.
- Additional details on provision to third parties (including those abroad): We have specified the names of target countries and information on protective measures based on laws regarding the provision of information to "Shopify Inc. (Canada, Singapore)" as the system platform and "Meta Inc. (USA)" for advertising purposes.
- Additional details on access analysis and information collection modules: We have detailed explanations regarding information collection and advertising distribution using cookies, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel.
- Clarification of procedures for disclosure requests and corrections: We have added new items regarding procedures for personal information disclosure requests (including specified handling fees), and for corrections and usage suspension based on laws.
