■ Shipment Holiday Period

December 29, 2023 (Fri) ~ January 4, 2024 (Thu)

* Last shipment date of the year: December 28 (Thu)

* New products will be released on January 3 (Wed), and we anticipate receiving a large number of orders, so it may take longer than usual for shipments before and after this period.
* Even for products ordered before the holiday period, due to the increase in shipment volume during the busy year-end and New Year period, shipments may occur after January 5 (Fri).
* We will continue to accept orders during the holiday period, but products ordered during this period will be shipped sequentially after January 5 (Fri), which may take longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
* During the year-end and New Year period, due to the reduction in operations of delivery companies, it may take longer for deliveries than usual. Additionally, please be aware that weather conditions may also cause delays in deliveries.

■ Customer Support Holiday Period
