[Establishment of Purchase Agreement]

When customers place an order on this site, it becomes an application for an agreement. After completing the order, an automatic confirmation email will be sent from our system, which serves as a notification that the order process has been completed. The agreement is established when the products are shipped from our company, unless there are reasons for cancellation or withdrawal of the agreement as stated later. Even after the agreement is established, if reasons for cancellation or withdrawal of the agreement are confirmed, the agreement may be canceled. Additionally, even if the order process is completed, there may be cases where the purchased products are sold out due to the timing of payment acceptance. In this case, the purchase agreement for the applicable product will be deemed canceled, and our company will be exempt from the obligation to deliver the applicable product, except for refunding the purchase price.

[Transfer of Ownership]

The ownership of the products purchased by customers will be transferred at the time the products shipped from our company arrive at the designated delivery destination of the customer.

[Cancellation and Withdrawal of Agreement]

Our company may cancel the agreement after the customer's order is completed or after sending the order completion email, or even after the agreement is established by shipping the products, if any of the following reasons apply:

  1. In cases where approval or settlement was not accepted as a result of screening by the credit card company
  2. In cases where false facts were recognized in the customer's personal information, etc.
  3. In cases where the ordered products are undetermined for long-term arrival or production completion
  4. In cases where the order exceeds the specified quantity for limited quantity products
  5. In cases where violations of these terms, other company regulations, or laws are recognized
  6. In cases where there were errors in the prices, other product information, or sales conditions posted on this site
  7. In cases where a reason corresponding to any of the above items is recognized (including cases where the customer was applicable to any of the above items in past transactions with our company), or in other cases where our company determines that the order cannot be accepted

[About Cancellation]

After our company sends the order completion email, product cancellations are generally not accepted. Even if the email is not received due to the customer's internet environment, it will not be accepted.

In cases where products are returned to the store without being received by the customer:
If products are returned to the store after being shipped from the store without being received by the customer (including refusal of receipt, expiration of storage period due to absence, and unknown address, but not limited to these), a notification will be sent to the customer's registered email address.
If you wish to have the products reshipped, please contact us via email within one month after the email notification from the store. Please note that reshipment will be done with freight collect. If there is no response or receipt within one month after the email notification from the store, the order will be treated as canceled, and the following costs will be borne by the customer. If the product price has been paid in advance, the remaining amount after deducting the customer's share will be refunded.

  • Delivery fee
    * The fee will be based on the area-specific delivery fee determined by the store. Please check 'About Delivery' in the usage guide for details.
    * The same fee will be charged even for orders with free shipping.
    * If reshipment occurs multiple times, the delivery fee for the number of times will be charged.
    * If a separate return shipping fee occurs due to the regulations of the delivery company, the customer will be charged additionally.
  • Actual costs incurred related to the ordered products (including wrapping fees, various service fees, but not limited to these).

[About Returns and Exchanges]

Returns and exchanges of products are not accepted except for initial defects.
Exchanges for non-product promotional items (novelties), outer box defects, or damage are not accepted.
If there are any defects or issues with the product after delivery, please contact the Nagano Market official online store customer center via the inquiry form within 7 days after the product arrives. Defective products will be handled in principle by exchange. However, if there is no stock for exchange or if our company determines that exchange is inappropriate, a refund will be made.

Examples of returns not accepted
(1) Initial defects after the response period has passed since the product arrival date due to long-term storage, etc.
(2) Products returned without prior contact
(3) Products that were damaged or broken after being used by the customer
(4) Exchange requests from someone other than the purchaser
(5) When purchased outside of regular routes such as auction sites
(6) When purchased from stores outside of this site (including regular stores, physical stores, online stores, but not limited to these).
(7) Cases due to manufacturing characteristics

[About Resale and Inappropriate Behavior]

Purchases and resales for profit are prohibited.
If our company determines that actions are for profit, inappropriate, or improper (for example, repeated orders by individuals or groups for products with purchase limits, large orders or cancellations difficult to recognize as personal use, repeated or continuous resale of products, including but not limited to these), and if a third party acting on behalf of the customer or the customer themselves engages in such actions, or if there are other inappropriate actions or business obstruction actions such as refusal to receive products, long-term absence, or unresponsive communication, our company may cancel or terminate the purchase agreement at its discretion, refuse future purchases, or take other appropriate measures. In these cases, even if damages occur to the customer or third party, our company will not bear any responsibility.

[About Delivery]

Except for some products, products in stock will be shipped within 7 business days from the day after the order date, and pre-ordered products will be shipped within 7 business days from the release date.
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, natural disasters, power outages, system troubles, incidents, accidents, or other reasons, and it may not be possible to deliver on the specified delivery date and time. In such cases, our company will not bear any responsibility for any damages incurred by the customer or third party unless it is intentional by our company.

Please select the country/region where delivery is possible on the product purchase page. If your country/region is not displayed, it may not be available for delivery at this time.

[Regarding Member Registration]

(1) Registration of Member Information
Customers who wish to register member information must agree to these terms and follow the procedures specified separately by our company to register the member information.

(2) Notification of Changes
If there are changes to the name, address, phone number, or other content provided to our company, you must promptly notify our company of the changes using the method specified by our company.

(3) Prohibition of Transfer, etc.
The rights obtained through the registration of member information cannot be transferred, sold, or changed in name to a third party, nor can they be lent or used by others, or provided as collateral.

(4) In case of Cancellation of Member Information Registration
If you wish to cancel the registration of member information, you must notify our company using the specified method. The registered member information is personal, and our company will treat it as if it was received at the time we learn of the member's death.

(5) Cancellation of Rights by Registration of Member Information
In cases where a customer whose member information is registered falls under any of the following, our company may immediately cancel the rights of the relevant customer without prior notice. Even if the relevant service cannot be used as a result of the measures taken by our company, and this causes damage to the relevant customer or a third party, our company will not bear any responsibility.

  • In cases where there is false information in the declaration or notification to our company
  • If the credit card provided by the customer as a settlement method is no longer available due to reasons such as the cancellation of the usage contract by the credit card company
  • If there is a delay or failure in fulfilling payment obligations such as fees
  • If contact cannot be made with the customer who registered the information via phone, FAX, email, or other means
  • Other cases of violation of these terms
  • Other cases deemed inappropriate by our company

Furthermore, please be aware in advance that we cannot answer questions about actions deemed inappropriate by our company or the reasons for them.

(6) Responsibility for Managing Member ID and Password
Recognizing the importance of the member ID and password, the customer is solely responsible for managing the member ID and password. Furthermore, the member ID and password must not be transferred, sold, changed in name, lent, used by others, or provided as collateral to third parties.

(7) Prohibited Items
Customers who register member information must not engage in the following actions.

  • Falsely applying for registration content during use
  • Intentionally applying for multiple accounts to gain an advantage in purchases
  • Actions that interfere with the operation of this service or cause obstacles to this service
  • Using this service with unauthorized use of a credit card
  • Unauthorized use of member ID and password
  • Actions that cause inconvenience, disadvantage, or damage to other customers, third parties, or our company, or actions that have the potential to do so
  • Actions that infringe on the copyrights, privacy, or other rights of other customers, third parties, or our company, or actions that have the potential to do so
  • Actions that are contrary to public order and morals, other actions that violate laws and regulations, or actions that have the potential to do so

[Regarding Protection of Personal Information]

Use of this site is conditional upon agreeing to the separately posted 'Personal Information Protection Policy'.

[Regarding Authentication]

[Regarding Agreed Jurisdiction Court]

The agreed jurisdiction court for disputes arising between customers or their affiliates and our company regarding this site shall be the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court.

The interpretation and application of these terms of use shall be based on Japanese law.
