[Formation of Purchase Contracts]
Placing an order on this site constitutes an application for a contract. After completing an order, the system will automatically send an order completion email, but this is merely to inform you that the order process has been completed. The contract will be formed at the point when the Company ships the product, unless there are reasons to cancel or withdraw the contract as stated later. Even after the contract is formed, if reasons for cancellation or withdrawal as stated later are confirmed, the contract may be canceled. Furthermore, even if the order process is completed, there may be cases where the purchased product is out of stock due to timing of payment acceptance. In this case, the purchase contract for the relevant product will be considered dissolved, and the Company will be exempt from the obligation to deliver the relevant product. The Company will not be responsible for any damages to customers caused by non-delivery, except for refunds of purchase price.
[Transfer of Ownership]
The ownership of the product purchased by the customer will transfer at the point when the product shipped from the Company arrives at the customer's designated delivery address.
[Cancellation and Withdrawal of Contracts]
The Company may cancel the conclusion of a contract even after the customer has completed an order or after the Company has sent an order completion email, if the customer falls under any of the following reasons, and the Company may cancel the contract even after the product has been shipped and the contract has been formed.
- If approval or settlement is not obtained as a result of screening by the credit card company.
- If false facts are confirmed in the customer's personal information.
- If the ordered product is not scheduled to be stocked for a long time or if production is completed.
- If the order exceeds the specified quantity for quantity-limited products.
- If violations of these terms, other Company regulations, or laws are confirmed.
- If there is an error in the price or other product information or sales conditions posted on this site.
- If reasons corresponding to any of the above numbers are confirmed (including cases where the customer corresponded to any of the above numbers in past transactions with the Company), or if the Company judges that it cannot respond to the order.
[About Cancellation]
Product cancellation is generally not accepted after the Company sends the order completion email. Even if the email is not received due to circumstances of the customer's internet environment, it will not be accepted.
If the product is returned to the store without being received
If the product is returned to the store after being shipped from the store because the customer did not receive it (including cases of refusal to receive, expiration of the storage period due to absence, and unknown delivery address, but not limited to these), the store will notify the customer's registered email address.
If you wish to have the product reshipped, please contact us by replying to the email from the store within one month after the email notification. Note that reshipping will be done with shipping charges collected.
If one month has passed after the email notification from the store and there is no reply or receipt, the order will be treated as canceled, and the following costs will be borne by the customer. If the product price was prepaid, the balance after deducting the customer's burden will be refunded.
- Delivery charges
* The fee will be based on the delivery charges set by the store for each region. Please check "About Delivery" in the usage guide for details.
* Even in the case of free shipping orders, the same charges will be applied.
* If reshipping is required multiple times, the delivery charges for the number of times will be applied.
* If additional return shipping charges are incurred due to the regulations of the delivery company, the customer will bear the additional charges. - Actual costs such as handling fees incurred for the ordered product (including wrapping fees, various service handling fees, but not limited to these).
[About Returns and Exchanges]
Returns and exchanges of products are not accepted except for initial defects.
Exchanges for non-product promotional items (novelty), packaging box defects, or damage are not accepted.
If there is any defect or deficiency in the product after delivery, please contact the Nagano Market official online shop customer center via the inquiry form within 7 days after the product arrives. Defective products will be handled in principle by exchange. However, if there is no stock for exchange or if the Company judges that the exchange is inappropriate, a refund will be made.
Examples where returns cannot be accepted
(1) Initial defects after the response period has passed since the product arrival date due to long-term storage, etc.
(2) Products returned without prior contact
(3) Products that have been damaged or broken after use by the customer
(4) Exchange requests from persons other than the purchaser
(5) When purchased outside of regular routes such as auction sites
(6) When purchased at stores outside this site (including regular stores, physical stores, internet stores, but not limited to these)
(7) Cases due to manufacturing characteristics
[About Resale and Inappropriate Behavior]
Resale and purchase for profit purposes are prohibited.
If the Company judges that an act is for profit, inappropriate, or improper (for example, repeated orders by individuals or groups for products with purchase limits, large volume orders or cancellations that are difficult to recognize as personal use, repeated or continuous resale of products, etc., but not limited to these), and if a third party acts on behalf of the customer or obtains products from the customer, or if there are acts such as refusal to receive products, long-term absence, non-response to communication, or other inappropriate behavior or business obstruction, the Company may cancel, dissolve, or refuse future purchases of the sales contract at its discretion, or take other appropriate measures. In these cases, even if damages occur to the customer or a third party, the Company will not be responsible for any liability.
[About Delivery]
Excluding some products, items in stock will be delivered within 7 business days from the order date, and pre-ordered items will be delivered within 7 business days from the release date.
Due to weather, natural disasters, power outages, system troubles, incidents, accidents, and other reasons, delivery may be delayed, and it may not be possible to deliver on your specified delivery date and time. In such cases, our company will not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer or third parties, as long as it is not due to our company's intentional actions.
【Regarding the Delivery Area of Orders】
We do not accept shipments outside of Japan.
【Regarding Member Registration】
(1) Registration of Member Information
Customers who wish to register member information are required to agree to these terms and follow the procedures specified separately by our company to register their member information.
(2) Notification of Changes
In case of changes to the registered name, address, phone number, or other information provided to our company, you must promptly notify us using the method specified by our company.
(3) Prohibition of Transfer, etc.
The rights obtained through the registration of member information cannot be transferred, sold, changed in name, lent, or provided as collateral to third parties.
(4) If you wish to cancel your member information registration, you must notify our company using the specified method. Also, registered member information is personal and exclusive, and upon learning of the customer's death, our company will treat it as having been notified of the same.
(5) Cancellation of Rights through Member Information Registration
If a registered customer falls under any of the following, our company may immediately cancel the rights of the said customer without prior notice. Furthermore, if the measures mentioned above are taken by our company, and the customer or third parties suffer damages as a result of being unable to use the said services, our company will not bear any responsibility.
- In case of false information in the reports or notifications to our company
- In case the credit card provided by the customer as a payment method is no longer usable due to termination of the usage contract with the credit card company or other reasons
- In case of delayed or non-fulfillment of payment obligations such as fees
- In case contact with the registered customer cannot be established via telephone, FAX, email, or other means
- In case of violation of these terms
- In other cases where our company deems it inappropriate
In addition, regarding actions deemed inappropriate by our company and their reasons, we will not respond, so please understand in advance.
(6) Responsibility for Managing Member ID and Password
Recognizing the importance of the member ID and password, customers are fully responsible for managing their member ID and password. Furthermore, member IDs and passwords must not be transferred, sold, changed in name, lent, or provided as collateral to third parties.
(7) Prohibited Matters
Customers who register member information must not engage in the following actions.
- Applying for false registration information during use
- Intentionally applying for multiple accounts to prioritize purchases
- Actions that hinder the operation of this service or are likely to cause disruptions

- Unauthorized use of member ID and password
