We have compiled questions we frequently receive from customers. Please check here before making an inquiry.

Can I cancel my order?

As a rule, we do not accept order cancellations. Please place your order with prior understanding.

Can I change the product or quantity after completing the order?

We cannot accept changes to the order details after the order is completed. Please place your order with prior understanding.

Can I change the delivery address after completing the order?

Even if you change the delivery information on My Page after completing the order, the order information will not be changed.
Responses may vary depending on the shipping status of your order, so please be sure to check the following.

○ Confirmation of shipping status
Please check the shipping status of the relevant order.

  1. If you have received an email from our store titled "Information about shipping"
    It will be "after shipping", so please contact Yamato Transport yourself to make changes.

  2. Please check the delivery status in the order history on My Page.
    • If the delivery status is "not shipped": It will be "before shipping". Please contact our store promptly.
    • If the delivery status is "shipped": It will be "after shipping". Please contact Yamato Transport yourself to make changes.

○ Before shipping
Please contact our store promptly with the "changed address" in the inquiry form.
※ Important
Even if the delivery status on My Page is "not shipped", orders for which shipping operations have already started cannot be changed at our store. Please understand in advance.

○ After shipping
We cannot accept changes (re-delivery) to the address after shipping at our store.
Please check the information in the "Shipping Information" email and contact Yamato Transport yourself.

※ We cannot handle re-delivery requests to Yamato Transport from our store.
※ We cannot guarantee any additional shipping fees incurred due to address changes (re-delivery) at our store.

※ Important ※
From the shipments on June 1, 2023 (Thursday), Yamato Transport will incur shipping fees at the time of cargo re-delivery.
In cases where the delivery destination is changed (re-delivered) to an address different from the one on the delivery slip due to "wrong delivery address", "long-term absence", "moving", etc., additional shipping fees will be incurred, and the "recipient" will be responsible for the additional shipping fees (cash on delivery).

I did not receive the order confirmation email

The order confirmation email is automatically sent after the order is completed. If you do not receive the email, the following reasons may be considered.

○ The email address is different
The email is sent to the registered email address.
If it is different from the email address you are currently using, please contact us through the inquiry form.

○ It is sorted into spam mail
If you are using free email (such as Gmail), it may be sorted into spam mail, so please check the spam mail folder.

○ There are domain reception restrictions on mobile carrier emails
If the registered email address is restricted, you may not be able to receive emails from this site (password reminder emails/order confirmation emails/inquiry reply emails, etc.). Please follow the settings of each mobile carrier to remove domain rejection or set to receive emails from @nagano-market.jp.

※ Attention to mobile carrier email addresses (docomo, au, softbank, etc.)
Even if there are no issues with domain settings, emails may not be delivered due to security settings of each carrier. Therefore, we recommend registering an email address other than a mobile carrier email at our store. If you wish to change your email address, please contact us through the inquiry form.

When will the product be shipped?

Products in stock will be shipped within 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the order date.
Pre-order products will be shipped within 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) from the product release date.

We cannot respond to individual inquiries regarding shipping times.
Please understand in advance.

We will contact you by email with a tracking number at the time of shipment.

I want to request resale or made-to-order production

We cannot respond to inquiries regarding requests for resale or made-to-order production.
Please understand in advance.

If resale or made-to-order production occurs, we will inform you on Nagano Market Official X (Twitter) as needed.

Please tell me the restock schedule for sold-out products

We will inform you as needed on Nagano Market Official X (Twitter).
Also, if you press the "Receive restock notification" button on the product page, you will be notified when it is restocked, so please use that as well.

Can I change the payment method after completing the order?

We cannot change the payment method after the order is completed.
