Our company may change, suspend, or stop the content of this site without prior notice or consent. Furthermore, our company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from changes, suspensions, or stoppages of this site.

[Establishment of Purchase Contract]

When a customer places an order on this site, it becomes an application for a contract. After completing the order, an order completion email will be automatically sent from our system, but this is only to inform you that the order process has been completed. A contract is established at the point when the product is shipped from our company, unless there are reasons for cancellation or withdrawal of the contract as stated below. Furthermore, even after the establishment of the contract, if it is determined that there are reasons for cancellation or withdrawal of the contract as stated below, the contract may be canceled. Also, even if the order process is completed, there may be cases where the purchased product is out of stock due to the timing of payment acceptance. In such cases, the purchase contract for the relevant product will be considered canceled, and our company will be exempt from the obligation to deliver the relevant product, except for the refund of the purchase price. Our company will not be responsible for any damages incurred by the customer due to non-delivery, except for the refund of the purchase price.

[Transfer of Ownership]

The ownership of the purchased product will be transferred at the point when the product shipped from our company arrives at the specified delivery destination of the customer.

[Regarding Cancellation or Withdrawal of Contract]

Our company may cancel the contract even after the customer's order completion or after sending the order completion email in the following cases, or may cancel the contract even after the contract is established when the product is shipped.

  1. In cases where approval or settlement is not received as a result of screening, etc., by the credit card company
  2. In cases where false facts are recognized in the customer's personal information, etc.
  3. In cases where the ordered product is not scheduled to be stocked for a long time, or when production is completed
  4. In cases where orders exceeding the specified quantity are received for limited quantity products
  5. In cases where violations of these terms, other company terms, or laws are recognized
  6. In cases where there are errors in the prices or other product information or sales conditions posted on this site
  7. In cases where a reason corresponding to any of the above items is recognized (including cases where the customer was applicable to any of the above items in past transactions with our company), or in cases where it is judged that the order cannot be fulfilled by our company

[Regarding Cancellation]

Product cancellations are generally not accepted after the order completion email has been sent from our company. Even if the email is not received due to the customer's internet environment, it cannot be accepted.

If a product is returned to the store without being received
In cases where the product is returned to the store after being shipped from the store and the customer does not receive the product (including cases of refusal of receipt, expiration of the storage period due to absence, and unknown address, but not limited to these), a notification will be sent to the customer's registered email address from the store.
If you wish to have the product reshipped, please contact us by replying to the email from the store within one month after the email notification. Note that reshipment will be made with shipping charges paid on delivery.
If one month has passed since the email notification from the store and no reply or receipt is made, the order will be treated as canceled after notifying the customer's registered email address, and the following costs will be borne by the customer. If the product price has been paid in advance, the remaining amount after deducting the customer's burden will be refunded.

  • Shipping charges
    * Charges are based on the delivery charges determined by the store for each region. Please check "About Delivery" in the usage guide for details.
    * The same charges apply for orders with free shipping.
    * If reshipment is made multiple times, the delivery charges for the number of times will be charged.
    * If return shipping charges occur separately due to the rules of the delivery company, the customer will bear the additional charges.
  • Actual costs such as handling fees incurred for the ordered product (including wrapping fees and various service fees, but not limited to these).

[Regarding Returns and Exchanges]

Returns and exchanges of products are not accepted except for initial defects.
Exchanges for promotional items (novelties) that are not products, defects in outer packaging boxes, or damage cannot be accepted.
If there is any defect or deficiency in the product after delivery, please contact the Nagano Market Official Store Customer Center via the inquiry form within 7 days after the product arrives. Defective products will generally be handled by exchange. However, if there is no stock for exchange or if our company judges the exchange to be inappropriate, a refund will be provided.

Examples of cases where returns cannot be accepted
(1) Initial defects after the response period has passed since the product arrival date due to long-term storage, etc.
(2) Products returned without prior contact
(3) Products that have been damaged or broken after being used by the customer
(4) Exchange requests from parties other than the purchaser
(5) When purchased outside of the official site, such as auction sites
(6) When purchased from stores outside of this site (including regular stores, physical stores, and online stores, but not limited to these)
(7) Cases due to manufacturing characteristics

[Regarding Resale and Inappropriate Behavior]

Purchasing and reselling for profit is prohibited.
If our company judges that the behavior is for profit, illegal, or inappropriate (e.g., repeated orders by individuals or groups for products with purchase limits, large orders or cancellations that are difficult to recognize as personal use, repeated or continuous resale of products, etc., but not limited to these), and such behavior is carried out by the customer or a third party who obtained the product from the customer, or if there is inappropriate behavior such as refusal to receive the product, long-term absence, non-communication, or other disruptive behavior, our company may cancel, terminate, or refuse future purchases and take other appropriate measures at its discretion. In such cases, our company will not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer or third parties.

[Regarding Delivery]

Except for some products, products in stock will be shipped within 7 business days from the day after the order date, and pre-ordered products will be shipped within 7 business days from the release date.
Due to weather, natural disasters, power outages, system troubles, incidents, accidents, or other reasons, delivery may be delayed, or it may not be possible to deliver on the specified delivery date and time. In such cases, our company will not be liable for any damages incurred by the customer or third parties, as long as it is not due to our company's intentional actions.

[Regarding Delivery Areas of Orders]

Please select the countries/regions available for delivery on the product purchase page. If your country/region is not displayed, it may mean that delivery is currently not available.

【Regarding Member Registration】

(1) Registration of Member Information
Customers who wish to register member information must agree to these terms and follow the procedures specified separately by the company to register member information.

(2) Notification of Changes
If there are changes to the content delivered to the company, such as name, address, phone number, etc., the member must promptly notify the company using the method specified by the company.

(3) Prohibition of Transfer, etc.
Members cannot transfer, sell, change the name of, lend, or provide as collateral the rights obtained through the registration of member information to third parties.

(4) In case of cancellation of member information registration, the member must notify the company using the specified method. Also, the registered member information is exclusive to the individual, and upon learning of the member's death, the company will handle it as if a similar notification has been made.

(5) Cancellation of Rights by Member Information Registration
If a customer registered with member information falls under any of the following, the company can immediately cancel the rights of the relevant customer without prior notice. Furthermore, if the company takes the aforementioned measures, the relevant service cannot be used, and even if damage occurs to the relevant customer or a third party as a result, the company bears no responsibility.

  • In case of falsehoods in the report or content delivered to the company
  • In case the credit card provided by the customer for settlement cannot be used due to reasons such as the cancellation of the usage contract by the credit card company
  • In case of delay or non-performance of payment obligations such as fees
  • In case the company cannot contact the customer registered with member information via phone, FAX, email, etc.
  • In case of violation of these terms
  • In case the company judges it to be inappropriate

Furthermore, please understand in advance that we cannot answer regarding actions deemed inappropriate by the company or the reasons for them.

(6) Responsibility for Management of Member ID and Password
Members must recognize that the member ID and password are important and are solely responsible for their management. Also, they must not transfer, sell, change the name of, lend, or provide them as collateral to third parties.

(7) Prohibited Items
Members registered with member information must not engage in the following actions.

  • Applying with false registration information when using
  • Intentionally applying for multiple accounts to prioritize purchases
  • Actions that obstruct the operation of this service or are likely to cause hindrance to this service
  • Using this service with unauthorized use of a credit card
  • Unauthorized use of member ID and password
  • Actions that cause nuisance, disadvantage, or damage to other customers, third parties, or the company, or actions likely to do so
  • Actions that infringe on the copyrights, privacy, and other rights of other customers, third parties, or the company, or actions likely to do so
  • Actions that violate public order and morals or other laws and regulations, or actions likely to do so

【Protection of Personal Information】

Use of this site requires agreement to the separately posted "Personal Information Protection Policy."

【About Authentication】
