About Member Registration
There are no admission fees or annual fees.
In case you wish to place an order, member registration (free) is required.
◎ How to Register as a Member
- Please proceed with the procedure from the new member registration page.
- On the new member registration screen, please enter your information.
- All input and selection items are mandatory.
- Please set a valid email address that you are using.
- Please register a password with at least 5 characters, using half-width alphanumeric characters.
- Please confirm the "Terms of Use and Handling of Personal Information" and click "Register as a Member".
- A completion email will be sent to the registered email address.
◎ Notes
- If there is an error in the registered email address, we will not be able to send emails from our store. Please enter it correctly at the time of registration.
- If the registered email address is restricted from receiving emails, you may not be able to receive emails from our store. Please follow the settings of each carrier, remove domain rejections, or set "@nagano-market.jp" as a specified receiver.
About Orders
If you have completed member registration, please "log in" and proceed with the order.
In case you wish to place an order on this site, member registration (free) is required.
◎ How to Order
- When you press the "Add to Cart" button on the product page, the product will be added to the shopping cart.
- If you wish to continue searching for products, please press the "Continue Shopping" button, and if you want to proceed with the purchase procedure, please press the "Proceed to Checkout" button.
- Once the order procedure is completed, the screen will display "Thank you! ○○".
- An "Order Confirmation Email" will be automatically sent to the registered email address.
◎ Notes
- At the point of adding a product to the cart, it does not mean that the product is reserved. The product is reserved once the order procedure is completed.
- You cannot place an order combining pre-order products and regular products.
- Changes or cancellations cannot be accepted after placing an order. Please order after acknowledging this.
- If you do not receive the order confirmation email, there may be a possibility of receiving it in the spam folder, incorrect email settings by the customer, or incorrect email address input. Please confirm and contact us from the contact form.
- Wrapping is not accepted.
- Please ensure there are no mistakes in entering the delivery address information before completing the order.
Regarding address changes (redelivery) after shipment from our store, we cannot respond to them, so please contact Yamato Transport yourself.
We cannot guarantee any additional shipping charges incurred due to address changes (redelivery).

◎ About Cancellations
As a rule, we do not accept cancellations of orders. Please place your order after acknowledging this in advance.

- The usage date (settlement date) of the credit card will be the "order date" for both in-stock and pre-order products.
- The closing date of the credit card varies depending on the card company you are using. Please check with the credit card company you are using.
- In the case of pre-order products, there may be cases where the payment is deducted before the product arrives at your hand. Please acknowledge this in advance.
◎ About Registering Credit Card Numbers
By registering your email address and mobile phone number with "Shop Pay", you can make payments easily by simply entering the 6-digit code sent via SMS to your registered mobile phone number during your next purchase, without having to re-enter your credit card information.
*The Shop Pay app does not support Japanese, so you cannot enter your address in Japanese. Please register from the following web page.

◎ Payment Method
Please tap the Apple Pay button displayed on the payment screen during the order procedure, and log in to Apple.
After logging in, please select the registered delivery destination and credit card, etc., and complete the procedure.

● Smartphone Payment (PayPay, au PAY)
It is electronic payment using QR codes or dedicated apps on smartphones.
Our store uses KOMOJU's settlement agency service.
Pre-registration with PayPay or au PAY is required for use.

【If accessing with a smartphone】
- At the time of ordering, please select your desired payment method on the payment screen.
- When you tap "Order Completed", you will be transferred to the KOMOJU settlement screen.
- Please confirm the displayed payment amount and tap "Proceed".
- The smartphone payment app will start, so please follow the screen and tap "Pay".
【If accessing with a PC】
- At the time of ordering, please select your desired payment method on the payment screen.
- When you tap "Order Completed", you will be transferred to the KOMOJU settlement screen.
- QR code will be displayed. If you scan the QR code with the smartphone where the payment app is installed, the payment procedure screen will be displayed.
◎Notes
- After moving to each smartphone payment app, please complete the payment procedure within the time below.
PayPay: Within 5 minutes after moving to the PayPay app
au PAY: Within 5 minutes after moving to the auPAY app
●Post-payment Paidy
Paidy is a settlement method where you can pay at a convenience store or bank in a lump sum in the month following your use.
There is no settlement fee for each purchase, but the payment method for the billing amount of the month with a bill varies in handling fees. For details, please check from the official Paidy page.
◎Payment Method
- When ordering, select "Post-payment Paidy" as the payment method and enter your email address and mobile phone number.
- When you enter the 4-digit verification code sent by SMS, your order will be completed.
- Between the 1st and 5th of the following month, you will receive a notification of the billing amount by email and SMS from Paidy, so please select a payment method and pay by the 27th of the following month.
※Important※
From June 2024, the payment date and the notification date of the billing amount (email and SMS) for your use will be extended.
【For orders placed before June 2024】
For example, in the case of an order placed on May 1, 2024- Payment notification: Between June 1 and 3, you will receive a notification of the billing amount by email and SMS from Paidy.
- Payment deadline: June 10
For example, in the case of an order placed on June 1, 2024- Payment notification: Between July 1 and 5, you will receive a notification of the billing amount by email and SMS from Paidy.
- Payment deadline: July 27

About Delivery

We will ship via Yamato Transport Takkyubin.
◎Delivery Fee
If the order amount is 11,000 yen (including tax) or more, the shipping fee will be free. ※Excluding Okinawa Prefecture

◎Number of Days from Order to Shipment
For items in stock, we will ship within 7 business days excluding weekends and holidays from the "order date".
For pre-order items, we will ship within 7 business days excluding weekends and holidays from the "product release date".
◎Delivery Status After Shipment
After the ordered product is shipped, please check the 'Shipment Completion Email' sent to your registered email address.
It includes the Yamato inquiry number and a URL where you can check the delivery status.
◎Notes
- We will ship for each order number (order number). We cannot combine multiple orders.
- We cannot specify the delivery date and time.
- We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
- Delivery is only within Japan, and we do not ship overseas.

After shipment from our store, for address changes (forwarding), please contact Yamato Transport directly.
※Important※Our store cannot handle forwarding requests to Yamato Transport.
From shipments on June 1, 2023 (Thursday), Yamato Transport will incur a shipping fee when forwarding cargo.
In cases such as "incorrect delivery address," "long-term absence," or "moving," if the delivery address is changed to an address different from that on the shipping slip, an additional shipping fee will be incurred, and the "recipient" will be responsible for the additional shipping fee (cash on delivery).
Also, regarding the additional shipping fees incurred by forwarding, our store cannot guarantee them.

About Returns and Exchanges
When the product arrives, please first check "whether there are any damages or defects in the product" and "whether it matches the order contents."
◎Returns and Exchanges Due to Customer Convenience
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products due to customer convenience.
Please confirm the color, size, content, features, delivery period, and precautions of the product before ordering.
◎Returns and Exchanges Due to Product Defects
We strive for perfection, but in the unlikely event that a defective product or a product different from the order is delivered, we will handle returns and exchanges.
【Within 7 days after product arrival】Please specify the "product name" and "quantity" and contact us via the contact form.
After confirming the contents, we will contact you again from our store.
Please note that in cases where a replacement product cannot be prepared, such as sold-out products, we may handle it with a refund, so please understand in advance.
<In the following cases, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted>
- In case you contact us after 7 days from the arrival of the product
- In case the product is returned without prior notice
- In case the product is damaged or broken after the customer has used it
- Request for return or exchange from someone other than the purchaser
- In case the product was purchased outside of the official route such as auction sites
- In case the product was purchased at a store other than our store
- Due to manufacturing specifications or individual differences
- Other cases where defects are not recognized based on our company regulations
◉ In case the product is returned to our store without being received by the customer
After the product is shipped from our store, if it is returned to our store without being received by the customer (including cases of refusal to receive, expiration of storage period due to absence, and unknown address, but not limited to these), we will notify the registered email address of the customer from our store.
If you wish to have the product reshipped, please contact us by replying to the email from our store within one month of the email notification. Please note that reshipment will be sent with postage due.
If one month passes after the email notification from our store and there is still no reply or receipt, the order will be canceled and the following charges will be borne by the customer. If the product price was paid in advance, we will process a refund for any remaining balance after deducting the customer's share.
- Delivery fee
* The fee will be based on the regional delivery fee determined by our store. Please check "About Delivery" in the usage guide for details.
* The same request will be made for free shipping orders.
* If reshipment occurs multiple times, the delivery fee for the number of times will be charged.
* If a return delivery fee is incurred due to the delivery company's terms, the additional fee will be borne by the customer. - Actual expenses such as handling fees incurred in relation to the ordered product (including wrapping fees and various service handling fees, but not limited to these.)
◉ In case the product is shipped overseas using an overseas delivery agency service by the customer
Our store only delivers within Japan.
If the product is shipped overseas using an overseas delivery agency service by the customer, please understand the following items in advance.
- Even if the product is damaged after "overseas arrival", our store cannot accept exchanges or returns.
- Even if deficiencies or mistakes in the product are discovered after "overseas arrival", our store cannot accept exchanges, returns, or dispatch of deficient items.
We appreciate your understanding.
