Regarding Inquiries

  • We will respond sequentially during the original 5 business days. Inquiries received on weekends, public holidays, Golden Week, year-end and New Year holidays, and company-designated holidays will be confirmed sequentially from the next business day.
  • Responses from our company are sent to the individual customer who made the inquiry. Please refrain from sharing or posting all or part of the response content in places accessible by an unspecified large number of people, such as SNS.

Initial Defect Exchange Guidelines

If a defect is confirmed in the product you purchased, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.

Points to Confirm Before Inquiring

  • Please prepare images that can confirm the defect of the product.
  • In cases of dirt, please try wiping it with a cloth dampened and wrung tightly. Minor dirt that can be wiped off is not subject to exchange.
    If it cannot be wiped off, please mention this when inquiring.
  • If there are shortages or damages to the product parts, there may be cases where only the corresponding parts will be sent.

Cases Where Returns and Exchanges Cannot Be Accepted

  • Returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience
  • Cases where contact is made after [within 7 days after product arrival]
  • Cases where the product is returned without prior contact
  • Cases where damage or breakage occurred after the customer used the product
  • Requests for returns or exchanges from someone other than the purchaser
  • Cases where the product was purchased outside of the official route such as the auction site
  • Cases where the product was purchased at a store other than our store
  • Items due to manufacturing specifications or individual differences
  • Minor scratches, rubbing, or dents that are difficult to avoid during the manufacturing process
  • Cases where there are bends, scratches, or dirt on the outer bag or box, product tag, etc., and there is no defect in the product itself
  • Other cases where defects were not recognized based on our company's regulations

Notes Regarding Exchanges

  • If a product is sent without prior contact, we cannot respond with exchanges or refunds.
  • Even if inquiries are made within 7 days after product purchase and arrival, if replacement items cannot be prepared, we may respond with a refund, so please understand in advance.
