About Membership Registration

There are no enrollment or annual fees. Membership registration (free) is required to place an order.

◎How to Register

  1. Please proceed from the New Member Registration Page.
  2. Enter your information on the registration screen.
    • All input and selection fields are mandatory.
    • Please set a valid email address that you use.
    • Please register a password of 5 or more alphanumeric characters.
  3. Please read "Terms of Service and Handling of Personal Information" and click "Register".
  4. A registration completion email will be sent to your registered email address.

◎Notes

  • If there is an error in your registered email address, we will not be able to send emails from our store. Please ensure you enter it correctly.
  • If your registered email address has reception restrictions, you may not receive emails from our store. Please check your mobile carrier settings to lift domain restrictions or allow reception for "@grayparkaservice.com" and "@nagano-market.jp".

About Ordering

If you are already a registered member, please "Login" to proceed with your order. Membership registration (free) is required to place an order on this site.

◎How to Order

  1. Click the "Add to Cart" button on the product page to add the item to your shopping cart.
  2. Click the "Continue Shopping" button to search for more items, or the "Proceed to Checkout" button to proceed with the purchase.
  3. When the order procedure is complete, a screen saying "Thank you! [Your Name]" will be displayed.
  4. An "Order Confirmation Email" will be automatically sent to your registered email address.

◎Notes

  • Adding an item to your cart does not secure the item. The item is secured only when the order procedure is completed.
  • Pre-order items and regular items cannot be ordered together.
  • We cannot accept changes or cancellations after an order has been placed. Please be aware of this before ordering.
  • If you do not receive an order confirmation email, it may be due to the email landing in your spam folder, incorrect email settings, or an incorrect email address entry. Please check and contact us via the Inquiry Form.
  • We do not offer gift wrapping services.
  • Please double-check your shipping address information before completing your order. We cannot handle address changes (forwarding) after the items have been shipped from our store. Please contact Yamato Transport directly. Our store cannot guarantee any additional shipping fees incurred due to address changes (forwarding). Please check here for details.
  • When ordering plush toys or mascot items, please be sure to check the quality standards listed on this page. Our store establishes these examples as quality standards, so please place your order with this understanding.
  • Orders exceeding the quantity limit will be canceled. Please purchase within the limited quantity.

Tap the Apple Pay button displayed on the order procedure screen and log in to Apple. After logging in, select your registered shipping address and credit card to complete the procedure.

●Rakuten Pay

You can make smooth payments using your usual Rakuten ID and password. Earn and use Rakuten Points! Please use Rakuten Pay for "Easy", "Secure", and "Advantageous" payments. ※Rakuten Points are earned only when paying with Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points, or Rakuten Cash.

  1. Select "Rakuten Pay" on the payment screen when ordering and click "Confirm Order".
  2. Tap "Order Complete" to move to the KOMOJU payment screen.
  3. You will be redirected to the Rakuten member login screen, so please log in with your Rakuten ID.
  4. Confirm the details displayed on the Rakuten Pay site and complete the payment.

◎About Usage History

Please check the automatic delivery email sent from Rakuten for Rakuten Point usage, or check the Rakuten Pay Usage History.

●d-payment

Earn and use d-points according to the payment amount! It is an easy, convenient, and advantageous DOCOMO service. Payment methods include convenient combined phone bill payment and credit card payment, so non-DOCOMO users can also use it. Please check the d-payment Official Page for details.

  1. Select "d-payment" on the payment screen when ordering and click "Confirm Order".
  2. You will be redirected to the login screen, so please log in with your d-account.
  3. Confirm the details displayed on the d-payment site and complete the payment.

●Smartphone Payment (PayPay / au Pay)

This is an electronic payment method using a smartphone QR code or a dedicated app. Our store uses the KOMOJU payment agency service. Registration with PayPay or au PAY is required in advance to use this service.

  1. Select your desired payment method on the payment screen when ordering.
  2. Tap "Order Complete" to move to the KOMOJU payment screen.
  3. Check the displayed payment amount and tap "Proceed".
  4. The smartphone payment app will launch, so please follow the screen and tap "Pay".

When accessing via PC

  1. Select your desired payment method on the payment screen when ordering.
  2. Tap "Order Complete" to move to the KOMOJU payment screen.
  3. A QR code will be displayed. Scan the QR code with a smartphone that has the corresponding payment app installed to display the payment procedure screen.

●Paidy (Buy Now Pay Later)

Paidy is a payment method where you pay the bill for the next month in a lump sum at a convenience store or bank. There is no settlement fee for each purchase, but the payment fee differs depending on the payment method for the billing amount of the month in which there is a charge. Please check the Paidy Official Page for details.

  2. Enter the 4-digit verification code sent via SMS to complete your order.
  3. You will receive a billing amount notification from Paidy by email and SMS between the 1st and 5th of the following month. Please select a payment method and pay by the 27th of the following month.

◎Days from Order to Shipment

In-stock items will be shipped within 7 business days from the "Order Date", excluding weekends and holidays. Pre-order items will be shipped within 7 business days from the "Product Release Date", excluding weekends and holidays.

◎Delivery Status After Shipment

Please check the "Shipment Notification Email" sent to your registered email address after your ordered items have been shipped. The email contains the Yamato tracking number and a URL where you can check the delivery status.

◎Notes

  • We ship per order number. Multiple orders cannot be combined.
  • You cannot specify the delivery date and time.
  • We do not ship on weekends and holidays.
  • Regarding address changes (forwarding) after shipment from our store, please contact Yamato Transport yourself.
    ※Important※ From shipments on June 1, 2023 (Thu), Yamato Transport charges a shipping fee for package forwarding. If the delivery address is changed (forwarded) to an address different from the one listed on the shipping label due to "incorrect address," "long-term absence," or "relocation," an additional shipping fee according to the new destination will be incurred, and the "Receiver" will be responsible for the additional shipping fee (payment on delivery).
    Our store cannot request forwarding to Yamato Transport. Also, our store cannot guarantee any additional shipping fees incurred due to forwarding. Please check here for details.

About Returns and Exchanges

When the product arrives, please first check "if there are any scratches or defects on the product" and "if it matches your order contents".

◎Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience. Please check the color, size, content, characteristics, delivery date, and notes of the product before ordering.

◎Returns and Exchanges due to Product Defects

We take every precaution, but in the unlikely event that a defective product such as damage or a product different from your order arrives, we will handle the return or exchange.

Please specify the "Applicable Product Name" and "Quantity" and contact us via the Inquiry Form within [7 days after product arrival]. After confirming the contents, we will contact you again.

Please note that if a replacement cannot be prepared, such as for sold-out items, we may respond with a refund.

※Even if returned in the original BOX, the replacement item will be shipped in a normal shipping box. Please note that the original BOX cannot be returned.

<We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases>

  • If you contact us after [7 days after product arrival]
  • If the product is returned without prior notice
  • If scratches or damage occur after the customer has used the product
  • Requests for returns or exchanges from anyone other than the purchaser
  • If purchased via a route other than the official route, such as an auction site
  • If purchased at a store other than our store
  • Due to manufacturing specifications and individual differences
  • Other cases where no defect is recognized based on our regulations

◎If the product is not received and returned to our store

After we ship the product, if the product is returned to us because the customer did not receive it (including but not limited to refusal to receive, expiration of storage period due to absence, or unknown address), we will notify the customer's registered email address. If you wish to have the product reshipped, please reply to our email within 1 month after the email notification. Note that reshipment will be sent with shipping fee payment on delivery. If there is no reply or receipt within 1 month after the email notification from our store, the order will be treated as canceled by notifying the customer's registered email address, and the following costs will be borne by the customer. If the product price has been paid in advance, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the customer's burden.

  • Shipping Fee ※Fees are based on the regional shipping fees defined by our store. For details, please check "About Shipping" in the User Guide. ※This will also be charged for free shipping orders. ※If reshipment takes multiple times, shipping fees for the number of times will be charged. ※If return shipping fees are incurred separately due to the delivery company's terms, etc., that amount will be additionally borne by the customer.
  • Actual expenses incurred regarding the ordered product (including but not limited to wrapping fees and various service fees)

◎If the customer uses an overseas shipping agency service for overseas shipping

Our store supports international shipping. If the customer uses an overseas shipping agency service for overseas shipping, please be aware of the following matters in advance.

  • We cannot accept exchanges or returns even if the product is damaged "after arrival overseas".
  • We cannot accept exchanges, returns, or shipment of missing items even if shortages or mistakes in the product are discovered "after arrival overseas".
